Past year has stopped the world like ditchwater due to which education suffered on every level but on other hand Internet, online education, webinars and new modes of learning have emerged and exhibited its own significance. Year 2020 was the year of endurance but now 2021 is the year of concocting the learning of 2020 along with practicing the standardized intake procedure which was always followed by Lloyd Law College in the form of 'LET' and 'PI' as a gateway for Law aspirants to become part of Lloyd’s legacy.

ABOUT LET:

Lloyd Entrance Test 'LET' is a national level Law Entrance Exam conducted by Lloyd Law College every year in the month of June to select candidates for admission to B.A.LL.B. 5 Year / LL.B. 3 Year Program. LET is mandatory for every aspirant seeking admission in Lloyd.

Admission to Lloyd is a two step process:

Step 1: LET (Lloyd Entrance Test)

Lloyd entrance Test is an Objective Type Multiple Choice Exam

Step 2: Personal Interview:

Personal Interview is conducted to judge the suitability of the candidate for the law course. Personal Interview is a basic aptitude analysis of students based on academic knowledge, areas of interest, hobbies, current news, achievements in extracurricular activities etc.

Lloyd Law College gives equal valuation to the written test and PI. The final selection of the candidates is as per the merit list based on the grand total of LET and PI. Absence in the Personal Interview shall result in cancellation of the candidature, i.e. it is mandatory to appear in both the stages of the examination.

The merit list is followed by a waiting list. Both, the merit list and the waiting list are displayed simultaneously. Also, the marks obtained by all the appeared candidates are displayed for the purpose of information.

B.A.LL.B

Eligibility:

To be eligible to appear for 'LET-2021', a candidate must have passed his/her Higher Secondary School/Intermediate Examination (10+2) or its equivalent examination with not less than 45% marks in aggregate (42 % for OBC & 40% for SC/ST). Candidates who have appeared in 10+2 examination and are awaiting results are also eligible to appear in the test. The candidate must have passed the qualifying examination at the time of his/her admission and be able t o submit its proof. All offers of admission by 'LET-2021' shall be provisional and subject to the approval of Chaudhary Charan Singh University.

Total Intake: Two Hundred and Forty (240).

The test paper will consist of one question paper containing 150 objective type questions with multiple choice answers.

Eligibility

To be eligible for admission in the LL.B.-3 Year Degree Program, the Candidate should: Have passed Graduation(10+2+3 pattern) in any discipline from a recognized College/University, having secured minimum 45% marks in aggregate for General Category, 42% for OBC & 40% marks in aggregate for SC/ST Category. Candidates appearing/appeared for the Annual Examination in March/April are also eligible to apply. All offers of admission by 'LET-2021' shall be provisional and subject to the approval of Chaudhary Charan Singh University.

Total Seats: Two Hundred and Forty (240).

Procedure for Availing Bank Loan Assistance:

Students seeking for education loan from any bank or NBFC have to apply for a bonafide letter issued by the college. The college will provide the requisite letter and all the supporting documents as required by the bank for loan purposes, as and if believed appropriate.
